SO, WHO GETS CHRISTMAS?

Our equitable distribution algorithm ensures that each owner has a fair allocation of nights across the year, including access to Peak Season times like Christmas.

Bookings are first come first served, but the App is developed in a way to ensure there will always be other Peak Season holidays (e.g. NYE, Easter, the following Christmas) available for you if this Christmas is taken.

Paradoor establishes a co-ownership specific unit trust to efficiently acquire and hold each property. You own a unit in that trust which entitles you to use of the property and provides you protections in your ownership.

Yes. You can secure up to 100% finance under a HELOC at competitive rates from Australia’s most trusted financial institutions. We will happily connect you with our banking partner, PKF, to learn more about their panel of major banks and lending solutions

The process mirrors a typical real estate transaction. You fall in love with the property and Paradoor handles all legal forms and closing processes. Our friendly team will guide you through each step of the investment process.

No. Owners are not allowed to rent out or sell time on public rental listing services. But we do encourage owners to share their time with friends and family. All guests must be registered and have the Paradoor app on their phone to access the home.

While Paradoor is intended primarily for owner use (and their guests), if the property is not being used Paradoor may rent it out on Luxico or other rental platforms. Any rental income will used to offset owner expenses.

You reserve time using the Paradoor app, which operates on an equitable scheduling system. It’s simple, user-friendly and fair for owners based on the number of shares owned. See additional Scheduling FAQs for more details
