With a selection of stunning properties in Australian and overseas sought-after destinations, you can own a share in your dream holiday home and enjoy effortless holidays whenever you desire an escape.
How does it work?
Paradoor is a co-ownership model solving the barriers to holiday home ownership. It’s very simple.
There are 8 owners sharing one property, 44 nights per year, all costs shared equally.
Steps we take to realise dream homes:
1. Luxury properties
We identify and under-take due diligence on top properties for acquisition, based on location, design, amenity and price.
2. Design and styling
We engage MCM House to furnish and style our Paradoor properties to an exacting standard.
3. Wellness sanctuary
We carefully develop individual and personalised wellness and fitness spaces in every Paradoor property.
4. Personal concierge
Each property has a Luxico concierge dedicated to making your experience exceptional – want the fridge filled on arrival, just ask!
5. Hassle free
Paradoor cares for property maintenance, cleaning & upkeep between guests. You only pay in proportion to your use.
6. Easy booking
Booking is as simple a a few clicks with our purpose built Paradoor App.
Where are our home located?
We currently have homes in Byron Bay, Gold Coast, Daylesford and Noosa. Excitingly, we’re about to close our syndicate for Queenstown, New Zealand. Bali and Thailand are also on the cards for 2025!

Will you really become an owner?
Yes. Paradoor establishes a co-ownership specific unit trust to efficiently acquire and hold each property. You own a unit in that trust which entitles you to use of the property and provides you protections in your ownership.
