With Paradoor you’ll get to stay 44 nights per year in your own dream property, share in any capital appreciation of the home and only have to pay a fraction of the costs and taxes.
HOW IT WORKS
1. LUXURY PROPERTIES
The Paradoor team identify and undertake due diligence on top properties for acquisition, based on location, design, amenity and price. Properties are located in Australia's most sought-after destinations such as Byron Bay, Noosa, Mornington Peninsula and Sydney's Northern Beaches.
2. DESIGN & STYLING
We pride ourselves on creating beautiful and functional spaces for its owners. In partnership with MCM House, all Paradoor properties are furnished and styled to the highest standards. While MCM House brings a timeless elegance and style, each Paradoor has a design direction that is carefully matched to the location and unique features of the property.
3. WELLNESS SANCTUARY
Amidst the fast pace of modern life, carving out moments for genuine relaxation and recharging
can often seem like an unobtainable aspiration. We firmly believe that everyone deserves a sanctuary—a place to retreat from the chaos and prioritise personal and family wellbeing.
4. PERSONAL CONCIERGE
To ensure the most luxurious experience for our owners, Paradoor has been developed in partnership with Luxico – Australia’s leading premium property management and concierge service.
Over more than a decade, Luxico has serviced more than 50,000 guests from across the world, and has over $1b of property under management in Australia’s most desired holiday locations. The team handles the day to day tasks like property management and maintenance, plus provides a Concierge service to assist with a variety of holiday requests.
5. NO HASSLE
The Paradoor team looks after all the tasks that would usually consume large amounts of precious holiday time - maintenance, repairs, lawn care and pool maintenance through locally hired professionals so that you can enjoy your home.
Owners pay a monthly management fee, with all costs transparently passed along directly to owners on a pro-rata basis. This means that you not only save time, but you only pay a fraction of the substantial costs associated with holiday home ownership
